He explained that the center has dealt with more than 1.133 thousand between communication and e-mail, including queries or notes and others, in the past five months alone.
Compared to 1,207,916 calls and emails in the whole of last year.
For his part, Amer's managing director for His Excellency Major Salem Mohammed Bin Ali, explained that the call center «Amer» has many advanced programs through avaya programs to answer customer inquiries through telephone channels and electronic chat, and recording systems for calls It contains an advanced automated response system for visa status and the most frequent questions, as well as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM program and e-mail to respond to public inquiries and smart services, and the center's staff also uses the information management system and procedures for the General Administration of Residence and Foreigners in Dubai to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided to customers.
